I found these in abundance at The Dell and around The Outpost.

They had a buff-yellow surface fading to honey yellow at the top — here the skin broke to form a hole out of which the spores could be seen.

On Day 3, I found them on wood and leaf litter in large groups and clusters around the Trail End and Outpost.
