On dirt and a mossy log.

These pink-tinted fungi had a distinctive sepia apex, with white flesh and a light grey cap.

The flesh was solid and the stem white, getting wider toward the yellow base.

Their caps were yellow-tinted and slimy, and the stems thin, often less than 1mm.

On a rotting log in a large trooping group.
