On damp soil in a shaded area, this fungus had a blackening olivaceous apex and orange cap.

The stem was pale yellow and I found another blackening specimen beside it.

This specimen had a deep olive and reddish orange cap.

The stem was olivaceous-yellow.

Beside it I found a fully blackened specimen.

This fungus grew solitary on the mossy roots of a birch tree.

It was tall, with an olivaceous yellow cap, fading at areas to brownish orange or black.

The stem was yellowish green, and the gills were white.

DAY NINE:

At the back of the Enclosed Area, two more H. conica grew.

Both were conical: one was brownish orange, blackening from the apex;  the other was apricot-orange to orange-yellow.
