This had a greenish yellow cap with a dark olive-brown apex and covered with a piece of white flesh.

The stem was patchy and white, but I could see no annulus.

However, I have seen these fungi at Strumpshaw Fen with annuluses very high up on the stem, so I probably just didn’t see it.
