Day 5 – 15 October 2022

These fungi had brown caps fading to white at the edges, which were finely striated.

They were found in a large group on decaying logs and had a wide range of sizes.

Their stems were solid and a transparent- like grey, turning brown near base.

Some specimens had fully brown or blackening stems.

By Day 6 (23 October 2022), some had grown reddish and very striated all the way from the darkened apex.

The gills were turning pink, and the stems sometimes brown or hollow.
